Yes it's chargeable in the rentals and on the pitches except in the wifi zone where it's free 15 minutes every 6 hours.

Yes it's possible for a price for 4€ per person and per car (if available in the car park).
It's not allowed to bring visitors car into the campsite

No we don't have a terminal for charging vehicles and it's forbidden to plug them in rentals or electrical boxes.

Yes it's possible by notifying us in order to explain to you the procedure to follow to take your rental

We give your deposit back upon the departure after the general inventory.

Departure are between 7 a.m and 10 a.m maximum.
If you leave between 7 a.m and 9 a.m you must come and set a departure time, after 9 a.m, it's not necessary

Rentals have a capacity that cannot be exceeded (child and baby included).
ex : 4 people mobil-home = 4 people maxi child and baby included

You can mention your preferences when booking (ex: being close to the reception, access to the beach, near your friends, sunny location, semi-shaded etc...) As far as possible the campsite will assign you the rental best suited to your request.

A 30% deposit is required upon booking, you can add cancellation insurance.
The balance must be paid at least one month before arrival.
Any booking made during the month before your arrival must be paid entirely by credit card.

Yes it's possible to pay the balance in several times.
The deposit must be paid in one go when booking and the rental must be settled 30 days before your arrival

When making your booking, you have the possibility of taking out cancellation insurance, the price is 3% of the amount of the stay, it must be paid at the same time a the deposit.
This will reimburse you in the event of cancellation for a serious case (on supporting documents) (see the general cancellation conditions) without the booking fee and the amount of the insurance.

Not without taking out insurance, you will not be able to claim any reimbursement wathever the reason,
nor to have a voucher for the next year.
