The campsite reception is open every day to welcome you and meet your needs!

For arrivals after 7pm: Please contact us, we can arrange for you to collect your keys independently.

Reservation
Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit within 5 days of confirmation of your request. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date, failing which the booking will be considered cancelled and the deposit retained.
All bookings made within one month of arrival must be
paid in full by credit card.
It is possible to pay the balance of your stay in instalments up to a maximum of 30 days before arrival.
Rental / location
We reserve the right to modify the number of your rental or
pitch without informing you, while keeping the specificity
of your request.
The rental or pitch is intended for a specific number of occupants, and may under no circumstances be occupied by a greater number of people (including children and babies).
Any erroneous information will result in the cancellation of the reservation
and the sums paid will be retained.

Cancellation of a stay
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and will take effect on the date of receipt of an e-mail or letter.
In the event of cancellation or early departure, the sums paid will not be reimbursed.
Without insurance, cancellation will not give rise to any reimbursement for any reason whatsoever.
In order to claim a refund, we strongly advise you to take out holiday cancellation/interruption insurance when booking.

Animal
Only one dog (-10 kg) per rental or pitch.
Dogs considered dangerous, category 1 and 2, large dogs and certain breeds are not accepted. (Please contact us).
For pets admitted to the campsite, please present your up-to-date vaccination certificate on arrival.
Your pet must be kept on a leash in the campsite for the duration of your stay. It must also be calm and not bark continuously in the presence of other dogs or people.
We ask you to respect the cleanliness of the premises and to take your pet outside the campsite. Clean-up bags are available at reception.
Your pet must not be left alone in the rental unit or on the pitch.
Dogs are not allowed on the supervised beaches, but you are welcome to bring your pet to the Tamaris harbor or the small coves.
Only one cat allowed (not paying) per rental or pitch, please bring a blanket or other protection for the sofa. Please mention when booking that you have a cat in the comments.
Wifi
For added convenience, Camping Les Mouettes offers wifi throughout the campsite.
You can surf the net from your rental or pitch, with à la carte wifi.
Camping les Mouettes also offers free access to the wifi area (15 minutes every 6 hours).
Mail and parcels
You can receive mail or have a parcel delivered by entering your first and last name in the campsite address.
You can then collect them during reception opening hours.
