Reservation
Reservations will only be confirmed once a deposit has been received within 5 days. The balance of the rental must be paid no later than 30 days before
the date of arrival, failing which the reservation will be considered as
cancelled and the deposit retained.
All reservations made within one month of arrival must be
paid in full by credit card.
It is possible to pay the balance of your stay in instalments up to a maximum of 30 days before arrival.
Rental / location
We reserve the right to change the rental number or
pitch without informing you, while maintaining the
specificity of your request.
The rental or pitch is intended for a specific number of occupants, and may under no circumstances be occupied by a greater number of people (including children and babies).
Any erroneous information will result in the cancellation of the reservation
and the sums paid will be retained.

Cancellation of a stay
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and will take effect on the date of receipt of an e-mail or letter.
In the event of cancellation or early departure, the sums paid will not be reimbursed.
Without insurance, cancellation will not give rise to any reimbursement for any reason whatsoever.
To claim a refund, we strongly advise you to take out cancellation/interruption insurance when you book.

Animal
Our animal friends (dogs and cats) are welcome among us!
Only 1 dog (-10 kg) per rental or pitch.
Dogs considered dangerous, category 1 and 2, large dogs and certain breeds are not accepted. (Please contact us).
To ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodation, please bring a blanket or throw for the sofa, and make sure they don’t sleep on the beds. Thank you for contributing to a pleasant stay for all!
For pets admitted to the campsite, an up-to-date vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival. Your pet must be kept on a leash throughout your stay.
We ask you to respect the cleanliness of the premises and to take your pet outside the campsite.
Cleaning bags are available at reception.
So that everyone can enjoy their stay to the full, please ensure that your pet remains quiet, calm and unobtrusive, and does not disturb other holidaymakers with prolonged barking.
Your pet must not be left alone in the rental or on the pitch during your absence.
Pets are not allowed on supervised beaches, but you can go to the Tamaris harbor or small coves with your pet.
Only one cat per rental or pitch. Please mention that you have a cat in the comments.
Wifi
For added convenience, Camping Les Mouettes is equipped with wifi throughout the campsite.
You can surf the net from your rental or pitch with à la carte wifi.
Camping les Mouettes also offers free access to the wifi area (15 minutes every 6 hours).
Mail and parcels
You can receive mail or have a parcel delivered by indicating your first and last name in the campsite address.
You can collect them during reception opening hours.
